I launched the SMS platform for the Golden State Warriors, growing it from 12,000 members in six months to over 30,000 today. By delivering engaging campaigns like Dub Nation Deals and sweepstakes, which drove a 4% opt-in spike. I achieved a 29.56% average click-through rate and a 4.92% response rate. These efforts turned SMS into a top-performing channel for ticket launches, merchandise promotions, and driving deeper fan engagement.

For the 2025 postseason, our team led a strategic, fan-first approach to email, SMS, and push messaging. We prioritized intentional communication—delivering timely, relevant content that celebrated big wins, ensuring every message added value during the team’s most exciting stretch of the season.
